Shopping List

You all have been waiting very patiently for the "shopping list" for this conversion. I will do my best to outline below what you will need to do this conversion, and the approximate cost of each item.

Porsche 968 3.0L engine (duh)
Try to get one that is complete, with everything from the radiator to the firewall, DME include. It will make your life easier.

Porsche 944 S2 clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing, flywheel sensor mounting bracket

Custom fuel lines

Custom exhaust fabrication
(You can get away with a total 968 stock exhaust I believe, but don't quote me on that.)

Cone air filter (preferrably K&N)
(You'll need to get a small section of PVC pipe, unless you want to pay someone $150 for a "conversion kit.")
